SAR Investigation Analyst

We are looking for experienced SAR Investigation Analysts for our global banking client on a project basis. This role is on-site in the Charlotte, NC office location and the project is expected to last over 12 months.

• Effectively investigate transaction details to advise and file escalations for Suspicious Activity Reports in line with regulator guidelines and timeframes.
• Write & prepare thorough SAR narratives, highlighting key findings and actions taken throughout the investigation steps.
• Maintain daily and weekly investigations numbers, ensuring timely review and resolution of cases in line with firm & regulators expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 
• 2+ years of relevant SAR writing and investigation experience  
• 3+ years of relevant AML experience within the banking industry
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
